Flaky, all-butter golden pastry filled with a delicately spiced sweet filling, baked until crisp and aromatic.
Knead the flour, yeast, 1 tsp of the salt, 2 tbsp of the oil, and the water; prove 1 hour.
Mix the lamb, tomatoes, onion, allspice, the remaining oil, and the remaining salt.
Flatten walnut-size balls of dough into thin 8 cm rounds.
Spoon the lamb topping over each round and spread to the edge.
Bake at 220C for 12-15 minutes until the meat is cooked and the edges are golden; serve warm.
