Ingredients

  • • 1 kg ready prepped casserole veg (or 1 kg of peeled and chopped carrots, onions, swede and celery)
  • • 200 g smoked gammon steak (cubed, all visible fat removed)
  • • 2 chicken stock cubes (made up with 2 litres of water)

Add the herbs and spices and stir well.

5
Phase 5

Lower the heat, cover and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
