Hand-stretched artisan flatbread baked against the searing clay walls of the tandoor, brushed with golden butter and fresh herbs.
Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, sugar, and salt; add the yogurt and ghee and knead with water into a soft dough; rise 2 hours.
Divide into balls and roll each into an oval.
Bake on a hot tawa or in a hot oven until golden and blistered.
Brush with ghee, sprinkle with nigella seeds, and serve hot.
