Ingredients

  • • 4 T-Towels
  • • 1 Elastic Bands

Preparation Steps

1
Phase 1

to begin take a clean scrap piece of material and twist into a ball

2
Phase 2

grab some old, but clean, tea towels, lay them down and then fold in the pointed edges over to the centre and turn over the naan pillow each time to help preserve the shape of each layer

3
Phase 3

when you have 2-3 layers built up grab a clean tea towel or cloth and wrap again, this time though you’re going to keep hold of, tie the ends together using an elastic band as this will help you get it into a rounder shape and give you something to grab hold of

4
Phase 4

to use, simply prepare your naan, lightly oil the top to prevent it from drying out and place it over the naan pillow, pull it into shape, dampen the bottom and then press the naan gently onto your pan, it’s that simple

5
Phase 5

once finished simply remove and wash the top layer then replace ready for next time
