Hand-stretched artisan flatbread baked against the searing clay walls of the tandoor, brushed with golden butter and fresh herbs.
Cube the potato, chop the onion, capsicum, and tomato, and break up any lumps in the rice.
Melt the butter on a large tawa and sauté the onion and capsicum 3 minutes.
Add the tomato, potato, peas, pav bhaji masala, and salt and cook 4 minutes, mashing the potato lightly.
Add the rice and toss on high heat 5 minutes until hot and well coated.
Top generously with nylon sev and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
