  • • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
  • • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • • 2 tbsp crushed frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream

Preparation Steps

1
Phase 1

Slice the banana and strawberries, warm the red bean paste, and keep the cooked rice cakes and mochi ready.

2

Shave the frozen milk in a shaved-ice machine until fluffy snow-like mounds form, or pulse it in a food processor.

3
Phase 3

Pile the shaved milk ice into two deep bowls, shaping a tall dome.

4
Phase 4

Arrange the warm red bean paste, rice cakes, mochi, banana, and strawberries over the ice in sections.

5
Phase 5

Drizzle condensed milk generously over everything and add a scoop of frozen yogurt on top.

6
Phase 6

Serve immediately before the ice melts, eating quickly from the top down.
