Tender Swedish summer new potatoes boiled with sea salt and fresh crown dill, tossed in melted golden butter and finished with finely chopped garden dill.
Scrub young new potatoes gently to remove dirt while keeping the tender skin intact. Ensure all potatoes are uniform in size.
Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and add sea salt and whole dill crowns. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 15-18 minutes until knife-tender.
Drain thoroughly and place the pan back on low heat for 30 seconds, shaking gently to steam off excess moisture.
Pour warm melted butter over the hot potatoes, toss generously with fresh chopped dill and flaky sea salt, and serve immediately.
