Traditional Irish side: tender Savoy cabbage shredded and cooked in its own juices with abundant rich Kerrygold salted butter and cracked black pepper until tender-crisp.
Wash shredded cabbage and shake off excess water.
Melt butter in a wide lidded sauté pan with 3 tbsp water over medium-high heat. Add cabbage and toss in the hot butter.
Cover tightly and steam for 5-6 minutes, shaking pan occasionally, until cabbage is tender but still bright green with a light crunch.
Remove lid, season generously with sea salt and cracked black pepper, toss for 1 minute, and serve hot.
