Ingredients
- • 60 g rocket
- • 200 g strawberries (sliced)
- • 40 g reduced-fat feta cheese
- • 20 g pine nuts
- • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation Steps

Phase 1
Divide the rocket between your serving plates and top with the sliced strawberries.

Crumble over the feta cheese and sprinkle over the pine nuts.

In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Drizzle over the salad and serve with your choice of main meal.
