- • 35 ml white rum
- • 25 ml Malibu
- • 200 ml Alpro Coconut Drink
- • 330 ml Lilt Zero
- • 1 handful pineapple chunks
- • lime wedges
Preparation Steps

Phase 1
Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer proof tub.

Phase 2
Add the Malibu, white rum and Alpro Coconut Drink. Stir well.

Phase 3
Place a lid on the tub, and freeze for 2 hours.

Phase 4
Lift out the freezer and break up the slush with a fork.

Phase 5
Divide the slush between two glasses and top with Lilt Zero - Enjoy!
