- • 3 tbsp gin
- • 1 tbsp dry vermouth
- • 2 tbsp pickle juice from the jar
- • 100 g ice cubes
- • 2 baby pickled gherkins ((cornichons))
Preparation Steps

Place the gin, vermouth, pickle juice and ice into a high speed blender and blitz for a few seconds, until the ice is crushed.
