Elderflower Gin Fizz

Ingredients
- • 25 ml gin
- • 125 ml prosecco
- • 1 glug Teisseire 0% Elderflower Syrup (you can put as much or as little in as you like)
- • soda water
- • 1 handful frozen lemon and lime slices
- • 1 handful ice cubes
Preparation Steps

Phase 1
Add the ice cubes to a large jug or pitcher, followed by the gin, Teisseire Elderflower Syrup, lemon and lime slices.

Phase 2
Pour in the Prosecco, then top up with soda water.

Stir and serve in a tall glass over some more ice.
